Happy Sunday! I am writing this from my bed because I’m exhausted. I’ve had a very tiring, but exciting week. Yesterday, I had a photoshoot for Kinx Active, which is a new brand of activewear cosmetics. I can’t wait to tell you more about Kinx and share all of the pictures with you soon. In the meantime, I’m doing a giveaway. All the details are on Instagram.

After you’ve entered the giveaway, don’t forget to check out some of the posts I came across last week. As always, they’re totally worth your time.

The Cut: 50 Simple Pieces For Building A Classic Wardrobe

Classic clothing is always a good investment. Here are fifty suggestions.  How many of these do you have?

The Lady Gang: Kate Sommerville Skincare Notes

If you aren’t listening to The Lady Gang Podcast, you should. A few weeks ago, they interviewed Kate Sommerville and it was one of the best beauty podcasts I’ve ever heard. This post is the Spark Notes version of the episode. This information won’t change your life, but it will change your skin, so that’s close enough.

Vogue: Forty Things I've Learned In Forty Years

Listen to your not-so-elder elders. This is important stuff!

Man Repeller: Why I'm Done Dressing Down

I related to this essay because I work from home and rarely dress up. Like Claire Beerman, I’m trying to pick up my game. Perhaps #ootd on Instagram is in my future.

Ali Levine: Wardrobe Wednesday All Dressed Up

Celeb stylist Ali Levine makes some fancy and affordable wardrobe suggestions that are especially applicable to those who read the Man Repeller link.

The Cut: Why I'm Proud To Be A Size 10

I love this essay from The Cut by Nadia Aboulhosn. It’s about loving your body and not letting other people’s standards influence your life decisions. As someone who is short, has an hourglass figure and fits into clothing ranging from size XXS to size 10 (not kidding and yes, I totally should write a post about this), I have a deep appreciation for what she has to say.

Man Repeller: Monocycle Podcast Episode 44, Hi Again

In this episode of Monocycle, Leandra Medine talks about having a miscarriage and learning to have more compassion for herself. Warning: listening to this podcast will make you laugh, cry and give yourself a big hug.

A Sweat Life: A Yoga Workout To Calm Your Mind

Want to namaste sane when you visit your family? Try this workout.

Cupcakes and Cashmere: Spotlight On Statement Tights

Living in Los Angeles, I totally forgot statement tights existed, but after reading this post, I literally want to buy every pair.

Turtlenecks are everywhere this season. Le Fashion shows you how to make them chic in a way you probably didn’t even think you could.
