Listen on iTunesGoogle PlayStitcherAudioBoom, or stream/download below.

Our guest this week is the host of What’s Your Jersey podcast and the most Sopranos-adjacent person we know, Jaclyn Marfuggi. We get into it about gummy vitamins, prenatal water, boy bands, dancing, fitness classes, spray tans, birth control, vaping, Hiball Energy Drinks, being pregnant, keeping pregnancy tests in the house, the time Jaclyn spray tanned the entire Hawaiian Tropic Pageant in Vegas, Sarah Stage envy, rose gold, renting, vanity tables, Kopari, Bioderma, cooking for our significant others, Exfolikate, housekeepers, Amanda’s terrible experience at Kleinfeld, New York City, New Jersey, The Sopranos, Lady Gaga, song parodies, the Short Hills Mall, Drunk Sports, how Jaclyn started her podcast, stand up comedy, and so much more.

And there is a special appearance from Lo French, who I once thought was actually Annabelle Desisto. LONG STORY.

Also.....

Ali and I were on Jaclyn's podcast a few days before this went live. You can listen to that here.

Things We're Too Lazy To Blog About Podcast With Anna David

Anna David is everything. She’s a New York Times bestselling author, entrepreneur, writing coach, podcaster and has even posed for Playboy. She’s also Amanda’s former boss and has inspired so many people that she has karma points to spare. In this episode, Ali Levine and I talk about Anna’s career, her amazing writing course (don’t worry, there’s a link below because obviously, we know you want to sign up), ethical eggs, cat stories, recovery and so much more. You will love listening to this episode just as much as we loved recording it.

So Last Week... All Self-Promotion Edition

I'm interupting your semi-regularly scheduled So Last Week to bring you some very exciting news. So, if you're looking for me to share my fav links of the week, sorry, but I'm taking this full-on narcissist style to announce my newest project, which is a podcast with Ali Levine called Things We're Too Lazy To Blog About. The title is pretty self-explanatory. Every week, Ali and I are going to dish on our major first world problems (spoiler alert: lack of organic kale, why drugstore hauls are impossible for me, and bad malls) as well as blog-worthy topics that would take way too much effort to delve into with words.

Last week, Ali and I had our makeup done at Blushington in Topanga to announce our collab live on social media.

If you aren't familiar with Ali, she is a stylist, television personality, and one of my closest friends. She also blogs and offers styling services to celebs as well as regular people.

The first episode will debut May 8th. We don't have an iTunes link at the moment because it takes a few days for Apple to approve the podcast, (hopefully just a few days- fingers crossed), but there will be links here and on our Facebook page. We are so excited about this podcast and want to make you a part of it. Let us know what topics we should cover and email your requests to ThingsWereTooLazyToBlogAbout [at] gmail dot com. (I know the way I just wrote that out is totally annoying, but are constant spam emails about penis enlargement).

So Last Week... Things I Read That Are Totally Worth Your Time

Happy Sunday! Wow, it’s been such a busy week for me. Between the big makeover reveal and some super exciting projects coming up that I’ll tell you about soon, I haven’t had a minute to breathe. [Insert Deep Breath Here] Okay, I finally exhaled.

Anyway, here are some of my favorite links from last week. From hair and food ideas to Lena Dunham doing yoga, beauty product organization tips and what could be my favorite new podcast, these links are both a great way to procrastinate and learn. So, click away and enjoy.

Hit subscribe now because I’m “raising a wand” to Fat Mascara. This podcast features beauty editors Jessica Matlin and Jennifer Goldstein dishing about their favorite products, dissecting trends, and interviewing celebs as well as influencers. #FanGirl

Well+Good: Lena Dunham Does Yoga

Lena Dunham recently collabed with Well+Good to make a series of short videos (under 2 minutes, so actually short) that based on the title, are pretty self-explanatory. Along with her yoga bff, Beth Cooke, Lena will make you smile, stretch and give you a little peak of her cool living room.

A Sweat Life: Ways To Indulge In A Whole Avocado All At Once

As a Californian, I can attest to the magic of avocados. In this post for A Sweat Life (and yes, I also write for them), Ashley Aranha gives us some healthy meal ideas that use the entire fruit. Because we all know how gross half a leftover avocado living in a Ziploc in your fridge is.

Hello Giggles: Banana Buns Are Trending In Paris, And Yes, We'd Like To Partake

Spoiler alert: French women know EVERYTHING! Have you ever seen those banana clip things at the drugstore and wondered what you’re supposed to do with them? Apparently, they’re used to make an extra chic bun in your hair.

I'm not one of those people. Instead, I choose to travel chic. Here are some of my favorite travel essentials.

Do gate agents give you stink-eye for having overweight luggage? Avoid having to ask for a supervisor by weighing it in advance. Samsonite’s Electronic Luggage Scale is cheaper than excess baggage fees and fits right in your carry-on.

So Last Week... Things I Read That Are Totally Worth Your Time

Happy Sunday! I hope you are having a good weekend. Here are some thought-provoking things I read online last week. Okay, so techically I did't read all of these posts because I'm including a podcast here. But this is my blog, so I get to make up the rules. #GirlBoss

The Perpetual You: How I Transformed My Heart Chakra by Dani Havasy

Dani Havasy (who is one of my IRL best friends) writes a beautiful essay about opening up her heart chakra. Even if you have no idea what a chakra is (seriously it's okay if you don't, no judgements), you will relate to her story. Dani recently launched Core Chakra, an innovative fitness program that combines yoga and pilates.

Style Scouting Podcast With Alia Ahmed-Yahia

I really like Alia Ahmed-Yahia's Style Scouting Podcast. This episode features an eye-opening conversation with Katie Sturino and Allison Neslage about influencers and the body positivity movement. While anyone will find it interesting, bloggers will particularly enjoy the "inside baseball" aspect of this discussion.

Lenny Letter: Untitled And That's The Point! by Nicole Richie

Nicole Richie pens a funny and fearless essay for Lena Dunham's website. Having recently turned 35, Nicole reflects on her identity at various life stages and learning from her past mistakes. So many of us, myself included, allow the labels other people give us to influence the way we perceive ourselves. Nicole candidly discuss how she overcame this problem. Bookmark this link. If you don't read it now, you will need to at some point. I've always been a fan of hers and this is just another example of why.

Who What Wear: Try Sienna Miller's Outfit When You're Over Your Skinny Jeans

I saw a link to this post on Facebook and wanted to jump for joy because I'm always trying to find new inspiration for casual looks. However, the headline is misleading because (SPOILER ALERT) Sienna isn't wearing jeans at all. Either way, you will want to copy this great idea.
